Ridgeview’s LSAC voted on March 31 to reduce the uniform options for next school year. Note that the RCS colors will remain the same. We will provide further details in the near future.

RCS Uniform Requirements 2010-2011
As part of our charter school plan, all students are required to wear a uniform every day. Lands’ End and Buckhead Uniform have uniforms with the embroidered logo along with a limited selection sold at the school. Approved colors and types may also be purchased from other stores.
School Colors: Red, Black, White, and Gray
Pants, shorts, skirts, skorts—khaki colored or black in corduroys, cotton, and twill; no stretch knit material
Polo shirts—solid red, black, white or gray, with or without school logo; must button at neck; must have a collar; plain, no ruffles or other decoration
T-shirts—RCS t-shirts with a logo only every day; RCS sports t-shirts and RCS music t-shirts are to be worn ONLY on Fridays or performance days
Oxford shirts—white with or without school logo; short sleeved; ¾ sleeved; long sleeved
Jeans or jeans shorts or skirts—ONLY on Fridays or days approved by administration with approved uniform shirt. Blue jeans or black jeans ONLY.
Basketball shorts on Fridays in black, red or gray with approved shirts
Sweaters, sweatshirts—plain or with the RCS logo only in school colors. Any shirt worn under sweatshirt must be school colors.
Winter coats can be any color but must be removed and stored in the locker
Fleece Vests must be in school colors only
No flip flops or high heeled shoes; No white pants, shorts, jeans or skirts; No camisoles or undershirts that show in any color; No v-neck shirts, sweaters or top of any kind; No glitter, top stitched designs, decoration of any kind (other than school logo) on any article of clothing.
ALL clothing must be the appropriate size for the student. Baggy pants and shirts are not allowed nor is clothing that is too tight or too small. Skirts, skorts, and shorts should reach the tip of the student’s fingertips. If shirts are worn outside pants, they must not be longer than the wrist.
